Wide aluminum swing gates need a hinge that can carry real weight. The Barrette Estate Gate Hinge is made for swing gates wider than 8 ft and works with the T-Slot system, a patented hinge and post system with no visible U-bolts. It is adjustable and made from aluminum for metal gates.

Barrette rates the hinge for gates up to 400 lb and 192 in wide on a 4 in square or larger gate post, with a finish to the AAMA 2604 standard. It comes in 2 in and 2-1/2 in sizes and eight colors: black, bronze, gray, light bronze, matte black, matte bronze, pewter and white.
