Trex ADA Handrail
Trex Aluminum ADA Handrail is a powder-coated aluminum handrail with matching fittings, designed to match Trex Signature, Transcend and Select railing on stairs and ramps.
About ADA Handrail
The Trex Aluminum ADA Handrail adds a graspable handrail that matches the rest of a Trex railing. It is designed to pair with Signature, Transcend and Select railing, and comes in Charcoal Black, Bronze and Classic White. The powder coat is AAMA 2604 compliant.
A full set of fittings handles most layouts. Elbows come in 5, 31, 34, 36, 90 and 180 degrees, plus a 90 degree adjustable elbow, and there is a corner mount, wall mount, 90 degree wall return, 4 inch straight internal connector and inline termination adapter. Wall mounts and wall returns include fasteners for wood and aluminum posts. Collars hide seams, and rail end caps cover open rail ends for a finished look. Confirm handrail requirements with your local building department before ordering.
For an itemized quote, send the Trex railing line and color, the length of each stair or ramp run, and a count of elbows, returns, wall mounts, connectors and end caps. A quick sketch of the stair layout helps get the fitting count right.
