LiftMaster MAXUM commercial door operators are DC jackshaft operators for sectional and rolling steel doors at warehouses, plants, fire stations and service centers.
About LiftMaster Commercial Door Operators
The LiftMaster RJDC MAXUM jackshaft operator runs a 24VDC motor with soft start and soft stop, moving sectional doors at about 12 in./sec and rolling steel doors at 8-9 in./sec. It supports 120/240V single or three phase and 480V three phase, with 208V and 600V three phase via transformer.
Controls sit at floor level on a 3-button station with a 4-line LCD. Built-in Wi-Fi connects to myQ Facility monitoring, and the operator includes a Security+ 2.0 receiver, three monitored safety inputs, dual handing and a manual release. Battery backup is available with the DC45AH or DC7AH kit. Standard duty is rated 20 cycles per hour and 90 per day; extended duty is 30 per hour and 150 per day. LiftMaster lists warranties of 2 to 5 years or 85,000 cycles standard, and 130,000 cycles extended.
