LiftMaster Facility & Commercial Controls

Two products make up this LiftMaster group. The myQ Commercial Gateway (MYQCOMM) is a plug-and-play cellular router that connects myQ-enabled equipment to the myQ ecosystem. It requires no trenching or third-party hardware and supports video-captured events, which helps where a gate or door has no wired network nearby.

The LM21-AFCB advanced fire control release device is for commercial fire doors. It includes internal battery backup and a programmable DIP-switch delay, powers up to four smoke detectors and two horn/strobes, and is UL 864 Revision 9 compliant, per the manufacturer. It works with commercial electromechanical or solid-state operators on doors fitted with a reversing electric safety edge.
