About D&D Shut It Hardcore Gate Wheels & Rolling Hardware
Shut It Hardcore is the rolling side of the D&D Technologies Shut It line. The wheels are hardened 30RC cold-rolled steel, 29 mm wide, and run on sealed, maintenance-free bearings.
The 6" V-groove wheels, with or without carriage, carry a 5,000 lb load rating for gates to 2,200 lb, and the 4" V-groove wheels are rated 3,000 lb for gates to 1,500 lb. Cantilever wheels come in 4" and 6". Supporting hardware includes 3 mm steel or aluminum carriage plates, carriage caps for chain link gates, and zinc-finished standard 6" and extended 10" gate guides.
Fencing contractors use this hardware to build or repair V-track and cantilever slide gates. For a quote, include the gate type, approximate gate weight, frame size (1.5" or 2", 38 or 51 mm), and wheel and guide counts.
