About Trex Transcend Lineage
Trex Transcend Lineage brings SunComfortable technology to the premium Transcend tier. It is designed to reduce heat buildup compared with the original Trex boards. The seven colors are Island Mist, Rainier, Carmel, Biscayne, Jasper, Salt Flat and Hatteras, all with a protective shell that resists staining and fading and cleans with soap and water.
Three profiles cover most layouts: 1 in square edge and 1 in grooved edge, both 0.94 x 5.5 in in 12, 16 and 20 ft, plus a 0.94 x 3.5 in narrow square-edge board in 16 ft for borders and accents. Grooved boards use the Trex Hidden Fastening System, and square-edge boards install with deck screws. Boards contain about 95% recycled and reclaimed materials and carry a 50-year limited residential warranty.
