Exodus Pedestrian Egress Gate
The Ameristar Exodus Pedestrian Egress Gate is a pre-hung 7 ft security gate with panic exit hardware for schools, stadiums, utilities, data centers and assisted living.
About Exodus Pedestrian Egress Gate
Exodus ships pre-assembled and pre-hung with panic exit hardware already installed, and Ameristar states it meets IBC Group I-2 egress requirements. It comes in single swing or double swing with a removable mullion, in Matrix and Alpha gate variants, at 7 ft high, and Ameristar says a single swing can be set in as little as 15 minutes.
The gate uses a 3 in jamb frame and a 1.75 in reinforced gate frame, with non-removable pins and power transfer components. Six infill options include perforated, X-Span, picket and Impasse pale with expanded or perforated metal. Hardware sets are mechanical keyed, electrified or automatic opener, and the optional opener is described by Ameristar as ADA/ANSI designed. The finish carries a 3-year limited warranty.
