About Deck-Top PVC Deck & Dock Board Covers
Deck-Top covers give a worn but sound deck or dock a new surface without tearing out the boards. The plank-style PVC caps fit over existing 5/4 x 6 or 2 x 6 wood or composite boards. They are a resurfacing product, not structural replacement boards, and the existing structure must be sound, with no holes or broken boards.
Two tread patterns are available, Woodgrain and Crosshatched, both rated excellent for slip resistance in independent testing. Deck-Top’s product literature shows Gray and Brown-Gray; ask us for current color options. The covers resist stains, cracks, splits, rot and UV, and clean with water and a brush. Deck-Top provides a limited lifetime residential warranty and a 25-year commercial warranty.
Boards must be clean, dry and free of protruding hardware. Covers are glued down with Deck-Top adhesive, and a 10 oz tube covers about 15 linear feet. For a quote, count boards by size and length, choose pattern and color, and include stairs and walkways.

Installation notes

- Apply two continuous edge beads and a center zigzag, then roll firmly into place
- Allow 24 hours to cure before foot traffic
