Deckorators Voyage (Surestone)
Deckorators Voyage is Surestone mineral-based composite decking in multiple widths, rated for ground or water installation, for raised decks, patios, docks and hot tub surrounds.
About Deckorators Voyage (Surestone)
Voyage gives Surestone decking its widest set of options. Grooved boards come in 3-1/2, 5-1/2 and 7-1/4 in. widths, and solid-edge boards add a 9-1/4 in. option, so you can build varied-width layouts. Matching 8 and 11-1/4 in. fascia and 11-1/4 in. step treads are available.
Colors are Costa, Sierra, Khaya, Tundra, Sedona and Mesa. The vertical-grain surface is slip resistant and micro-embossed to reduce heat buildup. Deckorators states it is about 35% lighter than traditional composite, fully submersible, and will not splinter, sag, chalk or crack. Warranties include 50-year limited structural, 25-year stain and fade, and 25-year removal and replacement, including ground and water contact.
StealthLock clips fit the pre-machined 5/32 in. groove and hold 1/4 in. spacing between boards for expansion. End gaps are set separately by install temperature. Voyage also works as residential cladding. For a quote, list square footage, widths, color, lengths, fascia footage and step count.
