Envision Vinyl Structural Porch Posts
Envision structural vinyl porch posts come in five profiles as complete kits with mounting plates, for porch remodels and new builds that want a low-maintenance post.
About Envision Vinyl Structural Porch Posts
Envision Vinyl Structural Porch Posts support and style a porch roof in one product. They come in five profiles: recessed panel, colonial, traditional, square and turned, each in White, Almond or Khaki. Per the manufacturer, the shaped posts support a 42 in railing as supplied.
Each kit includes the vinyl post, two mounting plates for the roof beam and the deck, screws and masonry fasteners. Envision directs cutting the post 3/8 in shorter than the beam-to-floor height, so accurate measurements at each post location matter.
Remodelers often use these vinyl porch posts to replace rotted wood columns, and builders use them on new porches that need a traditional look without painting. They can be paired with Envision handrail, LED deck lights and railing infill such as black square balusters, horizontal cable, aluminum mesh or glass slats. For a quote, send the profile, color, number of posts and the beam-to-floor height at each.
