About Premier+ (Composite)
Premier+ focuses on a single color, Natural Oak, with a realistic grain pattern. It suits projects that want a light, natural oak tone on a capped composite board without moving up to PVC.
Boards have a three-sided polymer cap with no wood fibers in the cap, and they are made in the USA with about 85% recycled content. They measure 5.36 x 0.89 in.: square-shoulder in 16 and 20 ft, grooved in 12, 16 and 20 ft, with 0.58 x 11.95 in. x 12 ft fascia. Grooved boards fasten with CONCEALoc; square-shoulder boards use the Cortex screw and plug system or TOPLoc face screws, with Cortex for Fascia on the rim. Premier+ carries no Class A, Ignition Resistant or WUI rating.
TimberTech lists it for residential and commercial decks, including near lakefronts and pools, but does not recommend it for docks, and it is not offered in porch or cladding formats.
