About US Premier Tube Mills PTC Color Coated Fence Framework
When chain link posts and rails need to blend into the landscape or match colored fabric, PTC Color Coat is the US Premier Tube Mills answer. Each piece starts as galvanized steel with the triple-layer corrosion system, then gets a heat-set color coat: 3 mil polyester or 10 mil minimum polyolefin.
Standard colors are black, green and brown, with custom colors on request, across the full line including PT 40, PT 20, PT 15, PTR residential and square tube. The coatings meet ASTM F1043 and F934 color standards, with 1000 hours of ASTM D1499 weathering. Color Coat products carry a 15-year limited warranty against fading, flaking, cracking or crazing under normal use.
