Ornamental fence and custom gates call for shaped tube, and US Premier Tube Mills makes square and rectangular steel tube to ASTM A-500 yield specifications. The square material conforms to ASTM F2408 for ornamental fences using galvanized steel tubular pickets.
Square tube is offered in 2, 2.25 and 2.5 in sizes in 14, 15 and 16 gauge, 50 pieces per bundle, with other square sizes from 1.5 x 1.5 in up to 2.5 x 2.5 in. Rectangular tube runs from 1 x 2 in up to 2 x 3 in, in various walls and lengths. It uses the same triple-layer coating as the round pipe, and can be galvanized with a clear top coat or color coated in black, green, brown or custom colors.
