Juliet Balconies

A Juliet balcony puts a railing across a full-height window or door opening so it can be opened safely without a full balcony behind it. Vista Architectural makes them as custom aluminum railings for larger openings. Most installations take a day or two, depending on complexity.

A 2-1/4 inch square top rail is typical, and a custom mid-rail Juliet design is offered alongside the standard version. Designs range from modern to classic, finishes are customizable, and standard colors are Textured Black and Gloss Black, with custom colors on request. The aluminum is corrosion resistant and needs minimal maintenance, which matters on upper-story openings that are hard to reach once a building is occupied.
