About Custom Outdoor Kitchens
When a preset island does not fit, WeatherStrong builds semi-custom outdoor cabinetry to order. Layout design is free and door samples are available. Cabinets are made in the USA from All-Weatherboard composite with 5/8 in marine-grade HDPE doors, and typically ship in about 7 to 10 business days.
Layouts can run straight, L-shape, parallel or U-shape. Door styles are Miami, Sanibel, Daytona and Tampa, in Shell White, Shoreline Gray, Lighthouse Gray, Wrought Iron, Pitch Black, Bluff Beige, Dock Brown, Emerald Green, Reef Blue, Sapphire Blue, Whitewash, Weatherwood, Dark Ash, Teak, Hickory, Mahogany and Ironwood. Hinges are fully concealed stainless soft-close, and drawers use soft-close runners. WeatherStrong lists a limited lifetime warranty on its custom cabinets.
Two items are easy to miss. Grill and side burner bases require the appliance insulating jacket to keep warranty coverage, and decorative stainless handles are required and sold separately. For a quote, send measurements or a sketch, appliances, layout shape, door style and color.

Warranty
WeatherStrong lists a limited lifetime warranty on its custom cabinets, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Jupiter grills carry a limited lifetime warranty, and countertops and refrigerators carry a 1-year warranty. Grill and side burner bases must be installed with the appliance insulating jacket to keep coverage. We send the current warranty documents with your quote.
