About Deckorators Fascia
Fascia is the finishing band that covers rim joists and stair stringers. Deckorators fascia and stair risers use a polyethylene cap over a dense composite core, so they conceal framing without painting or staining and resist stains, fading and scratches. They are lightweight and made in the USA.
Colors match the decking lines, from Voyage and Summit shades to Vista, Venture, Dark Slate and White, 21 options in all. Fascia boards are 11-1/4 in. x 12 ft, at 1/2 in. thick for Vista and Venture or 7/16 in. for Voyage, Summit, Picture Frame Board and White. Stair risers are 8 in. x 12 ft in the same thicknesses for their lines. Warranty follows the matching decking.
Fascia is not structural. Deckorators recommends treated lumber for the understructure and color-matched Pro Plug fasteners for attachment. For a quote, measure the deck perimeter, count stair risers, and note the decking line and color.
