About RealTrim
RealTrim Treated is a primed SPF trim board protected by ISOTEK, a two-step treated sealant Woodtone developed with Sherwin-Williams. It is tested for mold and mildew resistance to ASTM methods. It comes in SPF Smooth, Combed and Resawn textures, so you can pick a crisp painted look or a more rustic face.
Sizes cover most exterior trim work: 1 in. (11/16 actual) in widths from 2 to 12 in., 5/4 (1-1/16 actual) from 3 to 12 in., and 2 in. (1-7/16 actual) from 2 to 12 in. Typical uses are window and door trim, fascia, bellyband and rake or frieze boards. The product is primed and needs a topcoat, and it carries a 25-year limited warranty that excludes natural characteristics like knots and color variation.
Acclimate RealTrim indoors 5 to 7 days and inspect boards before installing. For a quote, list linear footage by thickness and width, texture, and the number of openings to case.

25-year limited warranty; not warranted as batten strips. Warranty excludes extractives, knot bleeding, grain and color variation, knots, mineral streaks and pitch pockets.
