Deckorators Sleeper System
The Deckorators Sleeper System is a Surestone composite sleeper that raises Surestone decking over concrete patios and rooftop decks for drainage and moisture protection.
About Deckorators Sleeper System
Many homeowners have a concrete slab they would like to turn into a finished deck. The Deckorators Sleeper System makes that possible by elevating Surestone decking off the surface on 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 in. composite sleepers, leaving room for water to drain and protecting the boards from trapped moisture.
Sleepers are made of the same Surestone mineral-based composite as the decking, rated water and ground safe, and made in the USA. They come in 8 and 12 ft lengths in a reversible Gray/Brown or Gray/Gray color, so any sleeper that shows at the edge can blend with the deck. Deckorators provides a 25-year limited warranty.
The system is for use only with Deckorators Surestone decking, such as Voyage, Summit and Porch Flooring. Typical projects include ground-level patios, rooftop decks and converted concrete slabs. For a quote, send the slab or roof dimensions, decking line and color, and sleeper length preference.
