Legacy (Composite)
TimberTech Legacy is capped composite decking with a hand-scraped, multitonal finish in six colors, for residential decks near water and pools.
About Legacy (Composite)
Legacy is the TimberTech composite line for a hand-scraped, multitonal look reminiscent of hand-finished hardwood. The six colors run from pale Whitewash Cedar and Ashwood through Pecan and Tigerwood to darker Mocha and Espresso.
Each board has a four-sided polymer cap with no wood fibers in the cap, and Mold Guard technology extends to the board bottom. Legacy is made in the USA with about 85% recycled content and is low maintenance. Boards are 5.36 x 0.94 in., square-shoulder in 16 and 20 ft and grooved in 12, 16 and 20 ft. Matching fascia (0.58 x 11.95 in.) and risers (0.58 x 7.25 in.) come in 12 ft. TimberTech lists Class C flame spread; Legacy is not Ignition Resistant or WUI compliant.
Legacy suits residential decks near water and pools, though TimberTech does not recommend it as a dock product. Grooved boards use CONCEALoc; square-shoulder boards use Cortex or TOPLoc. Coverage is 30-year Product and Fade and Stain Limited Warranties. For a quote, send area, color, profile and lengths.
