EverGrain
Envision EverGrain is uncapped composite decking with deep-grain texture in solid colors, long used on docks, marinas and high-traffic commercial and residential decks.
About EverGrain
EverGrain is Envision's classic uncapped composite board. It is made with Compress Technology and has a deep, non-repeating grain. It has a long track record on docks and marinas, and Envision notes the colors typically weather lighter over the first several months, settling into a softer tone.
Colors are Weathered Wood, Cape Cod Grey and Redwood, with Redwood offered in square edge only. The 1 x 6 nominal board (7/8 x 5-1/2 in. actual) comes in 12, 16 and 20 ft lengths, grooved or square edge. A heavier 2 x 6 nominal board (1-7/16 x 5-1/2 in.) comes in 16 and 20 ft square edge, and Envision lists it for 24 in. joist spacing at 90 degrees, versus 16 in. for the 1 x 6. EverGrain is nonstructural and made in the USA.
It suits residential decks, commercial properties, public places and areas with heavy foot traffic. Coverage is Envision's 25-year limited warranty with a 5-year full start period. For a quote, specify board size, profile, color, lengths and skirting.
