About TimberTech Impression Privacy Screen
TimberTech Impression Privacy Screen adds a horizontal aluminum slat wall to a deck, patio or yard. It is non-combustible, powder-coated aluminum in colors that match Impression Rail Express, and each section runs up to 6 ft wide by 6 ft high with 67.938 in slats. TimberTech’s evaluation report (ESR 4217) covers the screen up to 72 in with the Modern Top Rail and guard use at 36 in and 42 in; confirm requirements with your building official.
The system is built from kits: 72 in and 104 in post kits (the 104 in for buried posts), a 72 in slat infill kit with 16 slats and 40 spacers, a 36 in / 42 in kit with 9 slats and 20 spacers, and a 72 in frame kit with channels, rail covers, gaskets, hardware and a foot block. It connects to Impression Rail Express with the Privacy Screen Hardware Pack and requires full-profile square-shouldered deck boards. It is not compatible with glass or open mid-rail infill.
