AbsoluteSiding
Woodtone AbsoluteSiding is engineered Western Red Cedar siding in bevel and channel profiles, supplied raw or primed to builders, remodelers and homeowners.
About AbsoluteSiding
AbsoluteSiding gives you real Western Red Cedar in an engineered board. It is 100% select knotty cedar, kiln dried and assembled with exterior structurally rated glues, and it resists moisture, decay and insects.
Two profiles are offered. Bevel siding is 11/16 in. thick in 6, 8 and 10 in. widths, and channel siding is 1 in. thick in the same widths. Finish options are FinishReady (raw), Blue Moon (factory primed) and Primed White Pilsner (unfinished primer). Woodtone backs FinishReady with a 20-year substrate warranty and Blue Moon primed with a 30-year warranty; natural characteristics such as knots, extractives and color variation are excluded.
Woodtone advises acclimating natural wood indoors for 5 to 7 days and reviewing all material before installing, since installation is treated as final acceptance. Fill knots with putty and use a solid topcoat for a blemish-free look. For a quote, send wall square footage by elevation, profile and width, finish, and the matching trim and corners you need. Axiom South itemizes each order and ships cedar siding to all 50 states.
