Western Red Cedar
Alta Western Red Cedar fence boards are naturally insect- and decay-resistant 5/8 in cedar boards for privacy fences chosen by builders, architects and homeowners.
About Western Red Cedar
Western Red Cedar resists insects and decay on its own, without added chemicals. Alta's 5/8 in Western Red Cedar fence boards show natural tones from rich amber to cinnamon brown and are wax end sealed to reduce splitting and checking. They can be stained on site, or ordered with optional Pro-Finish oil stain in three colors.
Several looks are offered: natural board on board, horizontal board on board, Cedartone stained board on board, and Western Red Cedar Silver. Alta backs it with a 15-year warranty and rates its longevity at 20 years. Builders often pair the boards with steel post systems for privacy fences.
For a cedar fence quote, send the style (vertical or horizontal board on board), finish (natural, Cedartone, Silver or Pro-Finish), total fence length, height, gate count and post type. Axiom South supplies the materials, itemizes every line and ships nationwide.
