Fascia & Skirting

Open framing under a deck is rarely the look anyone wants. Envision deck skirting covers it with a 12 in. nominal board in 12 ft lengths, offered in every decking color from the Distinction, Expression, Ridge Premium and EverGrain collections so the skirt matches the surface above.

Skirting can run horizontally for a standard look or vertically for a different finish, and Envision notes that 1 x 6 decking boards can also be used as skirting if you want a board-style pattern. For attachment, the DeckFast fascia fastening system face-fastens fascia and skirting with fewer fasteners per foot, using color-match stainless steel or epoxy-coated screws. Color-match composite deck screws are also available.

When requesting a quote, measure the deck perimeter and the height from grade to the bottom of the decking, note which Envision collection and color you are using, and say whether boards will run horizontally or vertically. Axiom South itemizes the skirting, fascia and fasteners, and ships to all 50 states.
