Eva-Last Apex / Apex Plus
Eva-Last Apex and Apex PLUS are capped bamboo foamed-PVC decking boards with sculpted dual-tone grain, for decks, docks, piers and screening on homes and commercial sites.
About Eva-Last Apex / Apex Plus
Apex is a lightweight bamboo foamed-PVC board with an acrylic polymer cap that resists fading, scratches and stains, plus a slip-resistant surface and resistance to insects and moisture. Eva-Last rates Apex fire resistant and approved for Wildland Urban Interface areas; check local requirements for your site.
Apex PLUS adds a glass fiber-reinforced core. Per Eva-Last, it spans joists up to 24 in. on center versus 16 in. for standard Apex, and it adds wide 1×8 boards (0.88 x 7.48 in.) suited to docks and piers. Apex colors are Himalayan Cedar, Arctic Birch, Brazilian Teak and Alaskan Driftwood. Apex PLUS comes in Himalayan Cedar, Chestnut Cedar, Brazilian Teak, Grey Slate, Alaskan Driftwood and Carbonised Osage. Grooved boards come in 12, 16 and 20 ft, with 20 ft starter boards, 1/2×8 risers and 1/2×12 fascia.
Boards fasten with HULK chain collated hidden clips. Both lines carry a 50-year limited residential warranty (15 years commercial). For a quote, give square footage, line, width, color, joist spacing and riser and fascia counts.
