About T-Posts
T-posts are steel posts with a T-shaped cross-section and studs for attaching wire. They are driven into the ground rather than set in concrete, which makes them a fast, maintenance-free line post for farm and ranch fencing. They are made to ASTM A702.
Common lengths are 5, 5-1/2, 6, 6-1/2, 7 and 8 ft. The standard weight is 1.25 lb per foot, and heavier posts are also sold. Finish options are painted or galvanized. Axiom South can source import or domestic posts, and DOT certification is available on request for jobs that require it.
Post drivers and T-post clips round out the order. To quote T-posts, tell us the length, weight, finish, quantity and whether you need domestic material or DOT certification.
