About HySecurity M30/M50 Bollards
HySecurity M30 and M50 bollards protect buildings, equipment and public spaces from vehicle intrusion. Each model is fixed or removable, with deep foundations of 36 in. (M30) or 44 in. (M50), or a 12 in. shallow foundation. Above-grade height runs from 36 to 45-5/8 in.
Ratings vary by configuration, so check before specifying. Per the manufacturer, the M50D-R and M50D-F are rated M50 P1, the M50S-F is M50 P2, and the M30S-R is M30 P2. Other configurations are engineered rather than crash tested. Options include two stainless cover choices, lighted models with selectable aperture, lens and warmth, and a choice of finishes.
Deep mount gives the smallest footprint, while shallow mount goes in faster and helps avoid utilities and groundwater. For a quote, list bollard count, fixed or removable, foundation type, required rating, finish and lighting.
