Woodtone AbsoluteTimber
Woodtone AbsoluteTimber is engineered, kiln-dried Western Red Cedar timber for porch and deck beams, pergolas, corbels and mantels, in 16 and 20 ft lengths.
About Woodtone AbsoluteTimber
AbsoluteTimber is Woodtone's engineered Western Red Cedar timber. It is kiln dried, finger-jointed and edge-glued, rougher-headed on four sides, and made to glulam-standard manufacturing with exterior structural glues. The grade is 100% select knotty, giving the rustic cedar look many pergolas and porches call for, and it is ready for semi-transparent stain.
Sizes run from 4×4 through 4×12, 6×6 through 6×12, and 8×8 through 8×12, in 16 ft and 20 ft lengths. Having 16 and 20 ft stock is useful on longer beam runs. Woodtone backs it with a 20-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Typical uses are porch and deck beams, pergolas, corbels and mantels, inside or out. Member sizes for structural use should come from your plans or engineer. When you request a quote for cedar beams, send a list of sizes, lengths and counts, and note any stain you plan to apply so we can quote it on the same order. Axiom South ships to all 50 states.
