About DoorKing Telephone Entry Systems

With a DoorKing telephone entry system, a visitor calls from the gate and the resident or staff member grants access from a touch-tone phone. Connection options include DKS Cellular, VoIP internet and POTS, and 16 VAC transformers are included.

The 90 Series (1834, 1835, 1837) holds 3,000 phone numbers and 3,000 four-digit entry codes, with full-duplex hands-free voice, an 8,000-event transaction buffer and cloud programming. The 1835 and 1837 add built-in card reader input, while the 1834 needs a separate controller. The 1837 has an 8-line directory, two Wiegand inputs expandable to 48 wired or 24 wireless entry points, and elevator control for up to 64 floors and 8 elevators. For smaller sites, the 1800 series runs from the 1802 and 1803 to the 1802-EPD electronic directory, the 1808 for up to 10 tenants and the lighted 1810 for up to 100.
