About HySecurity M-Bar & L-Bar
For parking and traffic control lanes, HySecurity M-Bar and L-Bar barrier arm operators pair a 24VDC electromechanical drive with battery backup and an aluminum arm with red reflector. The elliptical arm profile resists wind, handing is field-adaptable left or right, and a keyed mechanical release is standard.
Model choice is a trade between speed and arm length. The M3BAR handles 8-10 ft arms at 500 cycles per hour and opens in 1.5-4 seconds; the M5BAR covers 10-16 ft at 350 cycles; the M7BAR covers 16-23 ft at 200 cycles; and the L9BAR reaches 23-29 ft at 150 cycles per hour. Arms open to 90 degrees, with 87 recommended.
Options include arm lights, bumper strips, a flashing light and a BlueBUS photo eye. For a quote, give the lane width, expected cycles per hour, handing and lighting preferences.
