About Masonry & Concrete Connectors
When wood framing meets masonry or concrete, the connection hardware has to be set right the first time. Simpson Strong-Tie's masonry and concrete connectors cover masonry hangers, truss tiedowns, lateral load transfer, column caps for grouted CMU and concrete piers, foundation and mudsill anchors, anchor bolts, and girder hangers and beam seats.
Truss anchors include the HETA, HHETA and META embedded truss anchors, DETAL and HETAL for lateral loads, the LTA lateral truss anchor and the TSS truss seat snap-in. The HGAM is a hurricane gusset angle for masonry. HU and HUC hangers come in masonry versions. Mudsill anchors include MASOZ and MASOPZ for panel forms and MAB and MASB for CMU block. URFP and FRFP retrofit foundation plates, FWA, FJA and FSA foundation anchors, and SB and SSTB anchor bolts complete the line.
