DoorKing 1175 Overhead Gate Operators
The DoorKing 1175 is a 1/2 HP ceiling-mounted overhead gate operator for vehicular gates in high-traffic underground parking garages and gated properties.
About DoorKing 1175 Overhead Gate Operators
Where a gate has to lift instead of swing or slide, the DoorKing 1175 overhead gate operator mounts to the ceiling and raises the gate along a rail assembly. It runs a 1/2 HP, 115 VAC motor through a 40:1 oil-bath gear reduction at about 10 in/sec and is rated for Class II, III and IV use.
Rail assemblies match gate heights of 8, 10, 12 or 14 ft, with overall rail lengths from 12.25 to 18.25 ft. Microprocessor control includes diagnostics, a 1-23 second auto-close timer, two plug-in loop ports and a Gate Tracker output with the expansion board. It carries a 5-year limited warranty from DoorKing.
Typical sites are apartment complexes, gated communities, commercial buildings and industrial facilities. For a quote, list gate height, mounting height (a powerhead cover is required under 8 ft), whether you need a heater kit, and the Type B1/B2 entrapment protection devices, which are required.
