About DoorKing 9200 Series Slide Gate Operators
The DoorKing 9200 Series is built for slide gates well beyond residential scale. Five models cover the range: the 9210 (1 HP, gates to 100 ft), 9220 (2 HP, 75 ft, 2,000 lb), 9230 (3 HP, 75 ft, 5,000 lb), 9235 (3 HP, 100 ft, 3,000 lb) and 9240 (3 HP, 75 ft, 8,000 lb), with weight ratings tied to chain size from #50 to #80.
All models offer fail-secure operation, a manual crank release, an anti-tailgating circuit and solid-state motor control, and are ETL listed. The 9220 through 9240 add slow start/stop, and the 9235 includes a disc brake with adjustable speed up to 4 ft/sec. The 9210 runs at a fixed 1 ft/sec. Operating range is 10 to 140 degrees F.
Type B1/B2 entrapment protection is required in each direction. For a quote, send gate length, weight, chain size, site power and expected traffic.
