DoorKing Readers, Credentials & AVI
DoorKing readers, credentials and AVI systems include proximity and ProxPlus secure readers, cards, key fobs and tags, and long-range vehicle readers for gated access control.
About DoorKing Readers, Credentials & AVI
Card and tag access is a common step up from keypads at apartment, HOA and commercial gates. DoorKing readers are weatherproof and come in mullion, wall and post-mount styles with relay, Wiegand or RS-485 output. Standard proximity readers run at 125 kHz with read ranges of 2 to 4 in.
For higher security, ProxPlus cards carry a unique encrypted identifier that is difficult to duplicate, and ProxPlus secure readers output 26-bit Wiegand at 13.56 MHz with about a 1 in read range, connecting to a DKS 1830 series access controller. The M Series reader works with MIFARE Classic 4 or 7-byte cards. For vehicles, AVI long-range readers and tags adjust from 8 to 25 ft and include a reader control box. Credentials include cards, key fobs, ProxMitters, ISO graphic cards and adhesive tags.
