About Installation Tools & Equipment
Simpson Strong-Tie makes the tools that drive its fasteners and set its anchors. Quik Drive auto-feed systems include the PRO300SG2 for decking, the PRO250G2 for subfloor, and the PROCCS+ and PROSDD multi-purpose combo systems. The Quik Stik and the Timber Drive stand-up system are also part of the lineup.
For fastening into concrete and steel, the PT-27 and PTP-27L are .27 caliber powder-actuated tools, the PT-22A is a .22 caliber tool, and the G3 is gas actuated. For anchoring, the ADT30S is a manual dispensing tool for 30 oz. adhesive cartridges and the ADTA30CKT is a battery-powered dispensing tool kit for the same cartridges.
Consumables include collated screws, nails and staples, powder-actuated fasteners and loads, and gas fuel cells and fasteners. Deck builders, framers and concrete contractors can order tools and the fasteners they run together. For a quote, list the tool model and the collated fasteners, loads or cartridges you plan to use.
