Software, Planners & Technical Resources
Simpson Strong-Tie’s free Deck, Pergola and Fence Planner software helps homeowners and contractors design outdoor structures, view them in 2D and 3D, and build a materials list.
About Software, Planners & Technical Resources
Planning comes before the material order, and Simpson Strong-Tie offers free design software for outdoor structures. Three planners cover the most common projects.
Deck Planner Software lets you design a deck, share plans, print a materials list, generate permit submittal pages and find nearby supplies. Pergola Planner Software designs pergolas and other structures from templates or custom dimensions, with 2D and 3D views and a wood species library. Fence Planner Software includes a fence feature library, 2D and 3D previews and a complete materials list. The tools run in a desktop or laptop browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari, and are not built for mobile. The Hanger Selector web app is also available for matching joist hangers to the job.
Once you have a materials list from a planner, send it to Axiom South. We will turn it into an itemized quote covering the connectors, fasteners, decking and railing on it, and ship the order to all 50 states.
