About Viking
Viking Access Systems was founded in 2003 and is based in Irvine, California. The company designs and builds vehicular gate operators and access control equipment, including pad-mounted, linear, underground and solar-powered operators. Viking develops its operators, including its low-voltage solar models and its connectivity platform, in-house. Its equipment is designed for private driveways, community entrances and commercial properties alike.
Viking makes swing, slide and barrier operators for residential, commercial and light industrial use. Options include AC, DC and solar power, plus battery backup to keep gates running during an outage. The operators are offered with UL 325 compliant safety equipment. That range lets a contractor match one brand to a private driveway, a gated community entrance or a commercial lot, in mild or storm-prone climates.
Axiom South supplies Viking swing gate operators, slide gate operators and solar gate operators. Photocells, accessories and the Konnect and Monitor connectivity products are also available, so the gate, the operator and the safety devices can be ordered together. Axiom South ships Viking equipment from its Spanish Fort, Alabama location to customers in all 50 states.
